    It really makes me want to cry (in a good way!) when people tell me I'm an inspiration, especially when I see friends actively making changes to their own lifestyle in part because of what they've seen me accomplish. But me? An inspiration? It's hard to wrap my brain around that one. But I'm grateful if I've helped inspire others to take control of their lives. :)

    I took the earlier advice and updated my ticker to show the addition of the earlier bout of weight loss from 2005. It'll help keep things in perspective when I get discouraged, I think....
