I am a big fan of Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds low impact aerobics videos. Lots of variety, lengths of workouts, great for beginners, but can challenge even fit people. Highly recommend! You can find them in stores or at collagevideo.com. And no, I don't work for her!
I agree with this! Leslie Sansone is awesome and I give working out to her dvd's full credit for at least 20lbs of my weightloss and all of the six inches that have disappeared from my butt!0 -
This year I gave up my gym membership and have replaced my workouts with walking, P90X, Turbo Fire, and Insanity. I am in the best shape I've been in a long time, and get better more balanced and more challenging workouts than I got on my own.0
