Exactly as the title states, say something you did today that you're proud of!

I'll start. I'm proud for staying 100% raw today, not even sneaking a bite of a fry from my family's dinner.

I got over myself and stopped hiding behind excuses this morning. Got out of bed and did a work out! Totally not regretting it :)

I know this isn't what you are looking for but I'm proud I didn;t impulsively but that awesome television for my office that I was drooling over

More on topic, I'm proud I walked into my old coffee shop where I haven't been in over three months and everyone there that hasn't seen me was gushing over how good I look. I lost just about 60lbs so it's a pretty noticeable difference I don't typically pay attention too until someone I haven't seen is like whoaaaa your melting...

I'm proud that I was able to wear my green shirt today without any lumps and bumps. (The photo to the left)
I just posted a NSV for my friends to see. The shirt was way too tight a year ago but now it fits perfectly. I'm very proud!

I ran my first 10 mile in a long time (5 years) and ran it at a 6mph pace, after lifting at the gym for an hour. Super happy and excited.

I didn't eat donuts in the staff lounge at school... and I got up and worked out at 4:30 am to make sure I got it in before a really busy day. And I feel great!

Im proud of running a 1/2 marathon yesterday, five minutes faster (2:08:13) than a 20k I ran in June (2:13:09). Went to Mcdonalds for breakfast and lunch today (maybe not so proud of that).

I worked all night (7p-7a), drove 45 min home, exercised and went to bed. Then woke up at 3p and exercised again before leaving for work at 550p. I exercised 2 times today!!! And was looking forward to it.

More last night than today but am proud of myself as I decided to run 10k last night on the treadmill and did so in 1 hour and 5 minutes. This might not sound too impressive but furthest I have run in last 12 years is 3k 3 times in last 4 weeks, and probably previous furthest was max 5k. Play rugby but up until recently struggled with even keeping up with play!
  • Today is day one of no more coffee for me!
