    and squats....
    and love shoulders, chest and back days :D
    also sauna and hot tub days...thats exercise..right? lol
  • I love the elliptical. I'm sweating buckets but can go on for two hours and probably more! But I get the feeling that people would begin to give weird stares at the obsessive elliptical girl...

    But yeah, that and crunches. I'm getting better* at them and you can really feel them too. :)

    Swimming & hiking but for the gym things that I actually get to do on a daily basis: chest presses, squats & lunges.
  • Anything Crossfit but I think accomplishing your PR in box jumps is awesome! I'm 4'11'' and can jump 26''. That's not bad.

    the OP shoudl have said 2nd most favorite. I love biking for hours on end. Lately it's running, but biking will always be my fave.

    How sweeeet....

    Its neck and neck between... Ice Skating, and Snow skiing, and horseback riding.. And Belly Dancing.... But usually its the elliptical & my tiny hand weights.

    snatches, lat pull sit-ups and I don't know the name, but its a kettlebell exercise where you bring the weight up to your shoulder, squat, then press the weight up. If anyone has done Jillian Michael's Shred w/Weights you know what this is.

    I love anything that engages my core. LOVE Ab Ripper X. Arms/shoulders #2 on my list if I have to choose a body part. But overall body - cardio and weights is awesome!!
