I started this diet on New Years day with my goal being to loose 100 lbs by xmas! I am almost there I started out between 241-235 and as of today I am down to 159! Cant beileve it! I went from 22 pants to 11-12 juniors and a 22 shirt to L/M in juniors! I am so proud of myself. I lost motivation and still need to get 25lbs off so I figured looking back at pics and how far I have come would help me! it sure did! I hope these pics show you anyone can do it!!

    Wow! The pics are totally amazing! I just joined and needed inspiration because I need to lose 100 pounds! At least now I feel motivated and know it is possible to do without surgery! Keep it up! Just look at your first pic and your last pic if you need motivation! Thanks so much for sharing! Any tips on how to stay on track?:happy:
