    Great Job!!! You have come so far! If you feel like giving up, don't. Just remind yourself how far you have come and what an inspiration you are to all these people who have posted on your pictures. Just take it one day at a time and on the days even that's too much to ask, just take it one meal at a time! :smile:

    SOOOO timely that I read this today:-) Today is day one (again and for the last time of changing my life. I am starting at the same start weight you had, with the same goal weight, and aim to lose it in one year as well! We look to be roughly the same height as well.

    I needed to see this! I am only 5 tall and the pace at which I lose weight is so frustrating. (Of course, I'm 20 years older too). Thanks for posting the picks and CONGRATULATIONS. You are almost there...you can do it!
