    If I take cauliflower and cook it to a mash potatoe consistancy how do I figure out the calories per cup measurement...oops wrong board sorry

      weight it, More accurate.

      You should have measured the cauliflower BEFORE you mashed it up. That would have been the easiest way to calculate the calories.

      I actually was thinking I would take a 2.5 cup frzn bag and blend it, but wasn't sure how to calculate the calories that way. can it be done?
