What's your kryptonite?

Options
For me, it's peanuts. Dry roasted, slighty salted, crunchy, yummy, delicious peanuts. One 3 tbsp serving is 170 calories. I can easily put down ten servings in an evening and not bat an eyelash. There's no stopping me once I get started. It's literally a rule in our home that dry roasted peanuts are not allowed.

Do you have one overwhelming weakness? How do you deal with it?

Lays potato chips...OMG! I definitely cannot eat just one. I stopped buying the bigger bags and now only buy the single bag if I am really craving them.

Late night snacking is a big issue for me. Anyone have ideas how to curb those cravings? I've switched over to low cal, low fat foods like veggies and pickles, but I still end up packing too many calories at the end of the day.

Also, pasta with cream sauce is a big weakness for me. Yum!

White rice...especially in sushi. I'd rather not have brown rice or cucumber sushi

Usually order 1-2 rolls with a sashimi plate to split with my husband.

Cookies will get me every time. Someone brought in home made chocolate chip cookies today and I've already had two. I might have to go home to get the heck away from them. I have zero willpower.

PB. And donuts. And bacon cheeseburgers. And pizza. And....you get the idea.

    - Sushi (this I can control because I can't afford to eat it as often as my tastebuds beg for it)

    - home made cookies - I simply can't make them - I will eat half the batch. In one night.

Chocolate...I can eat it until I feel sick...and then carry on eating it until I explode...

The worse thing is people suggest dark chocolate and thats even worse!! I dont feel sick eating it so I will eat EVEN more before stopping.

White or very sweet milk chocolate...I dont really like so I can usually stop after one or 2 pieces....

Fresh baked cookies. I will still have a cookie on occasion if I want one but I haven't made them in my house since last winter because I turn into the cookie monster :D
