arm fat

May advice - use weights that focus on shoulders, arms, biceps, triceps and upper back. Use a weight that is heavy enough that you're working the muscle, can feel it contracting as you lift, and works the muscle in such a fashion that you feel your arms tiring by the 7-10th rep. Then focus on cardio that elevates your heartrate and will burn fat, like running which uses your arms to pump, etc. Continue to eat at a deficit to promote fat loss, and you should see change in your arms and shoulders. This has just been my experience, your mileage may vary.0

So is saying (in extremely simplistic detail) what lifting entails... now snarky?
No, it had absolutely nothing to do with your lifting things and putting them back down. I just thought you were being very detailed because some people do need that. Well maybe not to that extent. but you never know. There were some comments regarding your comment that were just not called for. But, maybe they are your friends and you guys do that kinda of thing playing around.0
