    Hi, l am in my 40's nearly 43. Been working out/dieting most of my adult life. Only recently discovered that dieting isn't the solution, its your lifestyle. There's been ups and downs. Sometimes more downs then ups, but l am still here and proving the doubters wrong. Found lots of inspiration here and made friends from both sides of the water. Its that motivation that inspires me to keep going. They say life begins in your forties. Please feel free to add me always looking to make new friends and fitness buddies. Take care
