    Ok I figured out my issue... apparently the direct chat link changed slightly from the initial one (that info may be somewhere in the 12 pages :laugh: )

    right sorry for that, changed providers and couldn't set it up the same any more, I noticed that as well.

    seems there may have been an outgoing email issue, I believe it is fixed. Please resend your activation email and you should receive it now. Sorry for the issue.
