Sunday Challenge : The Dark Knight Challenge !

Hi everyone!
Sundays coming up and its that day of the weekend when you just wanna rest and are most likely to give in to temptations . . .
So I am challenging you:devil:

to burn either 500 calories (Robins- The boy/girl wonders - Burn that fat and blast off)
or 700 calories (Batman- Superhero Extaordinaire - You've got muscles of steel)
or 1000 calories (Joker - Out of this world SuperVillain- You're crazy)

So are you up for it. Which one is it going to be? Work hard and be safe.

    I'm going for 500 calories too!! but if I can burn about 400 before noon I'll try for 700 calories :flowerforyou:

    I'm going to end up being the Joker, just because my long run (14 miles) is set for tomorrow. :)

    I'll be the joker. My 5 mile walk already burns over 700 cals, however, my favorite superhero is Batman. Hmmm, How about the Hulk, 1,200?

    Alright !!! For all the Humanoid Super-Strength Monsters out there 1200-2000 calories = Hulk . . . :sick: :glasses:

    I'm in! My errands, taking the kids out and about on walks, jogging and 40 minutes of Circuit training, general should get me to 1000 cal! I recently gave myself the challenge of burning up to 1000 cal on the weekends so this challenge is just perfect! :)

    I woke up at 4.30 am . . It's 8. 10 am right now
    I started with 30 mins of Insanity Asylum Speed and Agility
    then 20 mins Hiphop Abs
    then 50 mins of Insanity Asylum Strength
    When I got tired I did Paul Eugene's chair workouts from Youtube

    My total as of now 744 calories. That's my highest hit ever and I am hungry for more.
    Guys I'm bringing it. I want it.

    I want you to bring it too. So come on get up and get going.You get bored with something put on some music and dance, watch a workout video online, do yoga, do push ups, do whatever. Just don't give up! There is no giving up. I know you can do it :explode:

    Holy Non-stop Cardio Batman. Ok, 2,000 calories it is. 500, on the exercise bike, 850 walking the dog, and another 1200 mowing the yard. That should cover it.

    I'll do Robin! I would go for The Hulk but since I'm recovering from being ill, I'm taking it slow and steady. Cleaning the house and doing some light calisthenics to get my muscles active again should do the trick. :3

    Hey everybody!
    After I finished my cardio, I thought I should start pushing my Dad too to do a sunday workout.
    But he didn't want to do any cardio stuff . . . so I did an hour of yoga with him.
    It felt nice and relaxing!
    So if you know someone who needs some encouragement go ahead and give it to them

    Everytime my dad stopped I poked him in his tummy :bigsmile:

    An hour of yoga added an additional 138 calorie burn. It's not much but it's something. If you can't go for 500cal burn that's alright try for 200 or 300. Every calorie you burn gets you closer to your goal.

    That's the sweaty stinky me after my last workout
    I've put in 1212 calories today . . . It was hard but it was worth it.
    If I can do it, you definitely can do it.

    I am complete..I got my 500 in.. This was a great challenge ..Lets do this again next week!!
