I started at 155 which is the picture on the right, I am now 116 Picture on the left. It has taken a lot of hard work, Eating right and Lots of exercise but I have never felt this in shape in my life. I have done p90x, Turbofire and I am currently on my 4th week of Insanity. 29lfxip.jpg

    I wish I had discovered MFP a year ago. Lost 20 some pounds on my own tho. and almost 20 pounds with MPF <3
