    Great post. I had sort of an epiphany a year or two ago, that happiness is a state of mind. It's learning to be content with what you have and not focusing on what you don't have. Contentment is happiness. No dwelling on the past or any negativity, just being grateful for the positives in life and spending time with those we love. The more positive energy I put out, the more I get back. :)
