To everyone posting in this thread you all inspire me!! Amazing transformations!!

I am 5'7 and my starting weight was 190lbs. I am now 138lbs and I'm working very hard on building up my muscles. I am a work in progress, but I have never felt better in my life!! Here are a few of my progress pix, the rest are in my profile.

I'm not quite finished yet, still another good 10k to go, but here's a before and after shot to now. Ignore the goofy expressions! The first few pictures are me at my heaviest, not a clue on the weight, but I'd estimate a good 100kg - about a size 18-20 UK sizes.





And this morning at 63kg, and a size 12 (soon to be a ten!) I'm just shy of 5 foot 3 myself.
