The Pork Chop vs. The Pork Tenderloin.
Help me settle an argument....
Player A says, "I don't like Pork Chops. I don't like the taste. To be fair, my mother overcooked the **** out of chops so they were so dry and flavorless. But still, I hate them to this day."
Player B says, "What? But you eat pork tenderloin? It's the same damn thing!"
Player A, "Tenderloin is moist and not chewy at all. Completely different. Beef tenderloin and ground chuck are NOT the same thing."
Player B, "lol It's from adjacent parts of the pig. They're the same damn thing. EAT THE PORK CHOP!!"
Chop vs. Tenderloin.
Bad vs. Good!

I eat the one without the bone because I'm lazy. Taste is irrelevant, though i do like pork.0

My rebuttal to the cow commentary:
Loin and tenderloin are interchangeable.
You're incorrect. Wrap your head around it.
Beef tenderloin and ground chuck are not the same as they come from different parts of the moo.
They are not equal parts moo.0 -
Tenderloin usually comes out better because you cook it slower...0

In all fairness to the pork chop, most people overcook it because they got the fear stomped into them in the 80's and 90's that they would get brain parasites if it wasn't well-done. The FDA has somewhat lowered the required cooking temperature now so you don't have to kill it with fire to make it considered to be "safe" anymore.

judging by your name and location I would assume you know a lot about anything related to a farm...so I wasn't arguing.0 -
I like which ever one I can deep fry in bacon fat. And signs point to both. The key to winning here, is bacon.0
