There are now 206 people in the thread, 132 are on the board for a total of 1,700+ miles. This being the 5th month in the row with 200+ participants, the MY@C is one popular topic.
Remember to mention your total in your posts, otherwise its impossible for me to figure it out and I will not update your numbers. Tracking the challenge is a lot of work as it is, don't make it any harder.
Typically I run Monday evenings, however I got stuck at work and missed the run. I'll try to make it up this evening.

Tuesday - 2.9 miles warmup on the bike before training, and 8.0 miles post workout cardio for a totai of 10.9 miles yesterday.

http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/ I've been using the Endmondo app to track my rides. I am not sure if this link works for anyone or just me. I've found that the distance is slightly off from what my bike computer tracks. I do notice more of a discrepency on the paths/trails than I do on the way to/from the park.
Added another 11 miles today and going to double my goal from 100 to 200.
