What a great idea, thank you. I'm new to MFP and new to doing any exercise!
I'll go for 60 miles (2 a day)
Hopefully I'll be able to get a ticker?!
BUT
whats the best way to work out how many miles I do?
Do you count actually steps each day using a pedometer or just miles that you've done walking / running /swimming /on elliptical etc?
I have an iphone & I'm in the UK - can anyone suggest an app that will help?
