Coffee. I never eat breakfast. Too busy in the mornings getting the kids off to school.

Today is potluck day at work for halloween. I made a Jalapeno Popper Dip that consists of cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, jalapenos, green onions, mayo, crushed ritz crackers and butter. It's probably only a bazillion calories per TBS and I am going to eat the **** out of it and all the other dishes people brought. Then tomorrow, like yesterday, I will work my tail off and eat minimally to counteract the gluttony of today.

And it will be totally worth it.

Scrambled eggs (whites) with ham in a Orowheat Sandwich Thin. Very filling. Then coffee with a Special-K crisp.

Coffee . . . it's a fasting day. =) Tomorrow, however, will be Greek yogurt and granola.
