How many hours a week

do you exercise?
I just added up mine and it's a little over four hours a week. What would this be considered on the activity level scale? I am sedentary for the most part. I take care of two children and take care of the home. I don't have a outside job. Just my daily workouts.

4 hours 4 days a week is pretty good, I work between 30-60 minutes, 6 days a week working out..I like shorter workout's but i know some prefer 2 hrs per day..0

My goal is 1.5 hours/6 days a week. I usually reach my goal, but rarely hit under 4 hours a week. Yours would be moderate exercise. So is mine.0

I tend to be a fanatic. I love working out. Lifting and running: 8-20 hours.0 -

this but 4 hrs for me0 -
4-5 hours (at least a week)0

I exercise about the same as you. I have my MFP activity level set at sedentary, then log the exercise. To me it's more rewarding and I can see progress with the calories actually being added to my daily meal plan.0

I exercise about 6-8 hrs a week.0
-
20 hours all weight training.0
-
I also lift heavy, maybe 3 hours a week. No cardio...it bores me.0
-
Usually six hours a week. That's because I am only doing Insanity. When I start more cross training it will be more like 10.0
-
5-6 hours spent on cardio and heavy lifting a week.0
-
7, could be more, but never less0
-
6 days a week for a little over an hour each day
I do cardio and lift heavy *kitten*
I consider myself sedentary for the most part as well even though I have a demanding, full-time career, I'm a single mom and I manage a household. I sit for about 8 hours a day at work but am on my feet from the time I leave work until I hit the bed most nights.0 -
2-3 hours every week playing beach volleyball, which I throw into the 'exercise' bucket...then 30-45 (sometimes 60) mins cardio 5 days a week. Random weight training thrown in as well.0
-
omg, prob 6-8hrs.0
-
usually about 7-8 hours a week0
-
Well, if I count all the extra stuff plus the work out...
I'd be somewhere between 13 - 16h/week.0 -
Most weeks I lift heavy stuff and put it down 6 days a week for about 60 minutes 3 of those days I add running in for 30 minutes or so
so roughly 7 1/2 hours a week maybe a bit more
that is whenever i can get the hell back into the gym from being sick0 -
Normally, about 10/week...The last two weeks.....About 2-30
-
8, in the last 7 days0
-
On average an hour + - 30 minutes (depending on what Im doing) a day for - I TRY 5-6 days a week - so around 6-7 hours per week0
-
Right now: 2 at the gym. Maybe another 1-2 at home. More if I had more free time.0
-
I exercise about 6.5 hours a week. In that amount of time, I do circuit training classes (both cardio and weight-based) and yoga.0
-
Usually between 3-4 hours a week.0
-
I've never added it up before but, I average about 4-5 hours per week.
That doesn't seem like enough now that I total it up.
That or I need to increase the difficulty of my exercises.0
