24 hours of Cardio in November Challenge

This is a continuation of the October thread, found here:

and started in September.

The idea is pretty simple. Set a goal for the month for how many hours of cardio you are going to do. Update your numbers here, periodically.

It is called the 24 hour challenge because that is the amount that most people commit to, and it's cool to think that you are spending an entire day out of the month just on cardio.

However, you can set your goal for whatever amount of hours you like.

I'm having a hard time deciding on a goal for this month. I am adding cycling, swimming, and jogging to my cardio routine, which I haven't done much of yet.

So, I'm going to set my goal at 27 hours to start out with. I may make it higher as the month progresses.

    Back in again. This month will prove a little challenging with the holidays coming up, but I will try to get my 24 hours in! :) My cardio consists of fast walking, zumba, dance, cycling, and some circuit training. I am probably going to add in some swimming this month since I will have access to a pool at the end of the month. Good luck to everyone else joining in. Keep at it!

    I've got a gout attack going on at the moment, so my first couple days will be derailed, since I can barely walk. :(

    I'm hoping that this is one of the health problems that clears up once I lose all the weight...we'll see.

    I like this idea! How cool! Hmmm... I believe I can commit to 24 hours still. It's going to be a challenge since I'm going on a vacation for Thanksgiving, but luckily I'm seeing friends who love to run and be outside, so maybe it'll be good motivation for all of us!
    Today I'm going to do one hour of cycling, so I'll start with that!!

    I am in on this challenge. I will go for a goal of 24 hours.

    11/7-60 minutes (walk/jog)
    11/9-60 minutes (walk/jog)
    11/12-40 minutes (hip hop dance class)

    Total:3 hours and 40 mintes

    I was SO BAD over the weekend! I didn't do ANY cardio! But I'm back on the wagon today, and I'm going to have to make up for it somewhere if I actually want to hit 24 hours in November!!
    Today I have only 30 minutes to add, but I may try and fit in another run later this evening. Good work to everyone who got in cardio over the weekend! It's hard for me to fit it in between meals. lol!
