Hey! Yes everyone is built differently and sometimes it’s so hard for me to shop for my measurements because I’m always in between.

    5’7”, 158 lbs, bust 36, waist 27/28, hips 39.

Wanting to get down to 150 pounds and reduce the lovehandles but working out has been hard because I’m out for an ankle sprain.

    I am 5’7” currently about 166lbs

No matter if I am at 175 or 150 my hips stay the same. I am aiming for 145lbs just to see if I can shrink that area more. But they like their insulation I think.

    Current:

    Bust: 37”
    Waist: 30”
    Hips: 45”

I am 5'6". Lost 40 pounds in the past 40 weeks.
    Waist: 28"
    Hips: 40.5"

I'm glad I found this thread! I want to lose 10 more pounds. Original goal was to only lose 30 and now that I've lost 40, I see the benefit and have the drive to lose a full 50! I won't mind if I lose from my lower abdomen and arms, and keep those above measurements the same. I personally love the curve to my hips!

    Waist: 28.5"
    Bust 37"
    Hips: 40"
    Weight: 154

I have lost about 2" off of each of my measurements since I started this year. Total weight lost so far: about 13 lbs. My current goal is to hit 145lbs, with maintenance to be 140-145 (unless I get pregnant, would like to start trying in a couple months).

I've been trying to get my hips down FOREVER. I've come to the unfortunate conclusion that my hips are the last place I'm going to lose from.

    Measurement are:
    Bust: 36.5-37
    Waist: 29.5
    Hips: 42.5-43 >.<

My main goal right now is to get my hips below 40!!

    I'm 5'2", 155-157 lbs.

    Gah! Hopefully soon!

What are your measurements? What's your weight? What's your goal measurements/weight?

    Just being nosy! (:

My goal is to take an inch off my waist and at least 1 off hips

Same stats as you except I'm 13 lb heavier. Strange eh? I do have a largish frame though.

This reminds me how awkward measuring is, I kinda suck at it. When I could physically see/feel the bulk of my loss I re-measured and had no differences. Now I haven't noticed a change, but I'm down 0.8-1'' in these places. I also don't really know what I'm supposed to do with my stomach. I measure it relaxed completely/sticking out, but when I was getting pants taken in I held my stomach in halfway because that's how I walk, with my stomach muscles drawn in a bit. Then my waist is at 33.5 - until I sit down haha.

    Update from my July post:

    Waist: 27.5"

    Hips: 38.5"
    Weight: 147.4 lbs

It is nice seeing the comparison and showing that I am losing fat weight, not lean mass.

I'm 5'3" and my measurements are 37-29-40 and 13 ½ inch biceps flexed/12 ½ relaxed; 17 inch shoulders. I don't own a bathroom scale right now, but I stepped on a semi truck scale at work last week and it flipped back and forth between 150 and 160 (it doesn't register below tens).
