I am in need of a water challange (TOM is kicking my butt) I am going to try to get 100 oz in today.

Who is with me anyone else need to flush the bad out of their system

    100 Ounces = 6.25 Pints

    I'm at 40 ounces :D

    I want to be in because I need to do better with my water intake....but 100oz seems like a river..... I'm not sure how much I am supposed to drink to reach that goal. How many liters is that?

    Okay...got it! Plain water it is! Thanks for setting up the challenge. It's a daily struggle for me to get my water in. This is really helping :drinker:

    Well, I always count my crystal light as water - so I guess I will breaking your rules. I suppose since their isn't a prize- I'll be ok. :laugh: I'm just wanting to drink more water and if adding flavoring works for me- its what I gotta do.

    I'm the same way. I can go with just some lemmon in it, but I do crystal light.
