make sure to dry brush off that dead skin... those little skin cells can add up fast!0

make sure your kitty cat (or other pet) is not sharing the scales with you... or there is none of their hair caught in the scales... :laugh:0

I no longer have a gall bladder but I think I'm going to have to see if I can live without any of these other organs if I'm ever going to make it to my goal weight!0

Make sure you exhale all the air out of your lungs, this will aid in two ways. You will get light headed {pulling against gravity} and we all know with all the filth the air can hold.0

and remember a good dose of gastro won't hurt anyone! It helped me loose 2kg last week. lol0
