Wow! Lot's of great comments. I touched on a nerve here. But I really feel encouraged to keep exercising. I went out today with my dog and jogged/walked two miles. You don't have to have a gym, or a lot of time, or expensive food. Just the desire and the will. I really appreciate MFP too! The support here is awesome!0

I had a woman ask me how I lost the weight and before I answered she said, wait, let me guess, diet and exercise? I said, "Yes - I changed my eating habits, and I do exercise regularly. It's easy" and she just looked frustrated. I just want to tell people YES this is what I do and NO there is no easy way to go about it and keep it off!
I used to loathe exercise, now it is something I look forward to. Just had to get over my own disdain.0
