I'm 5'2", and I'm not anywhere near done losing weight. I don't have many before pics, but I found one. It was taken after I'd already lost some weight. I think it was at about 240 lbs. The other one was taken in June at 207 lbs. I bounced back up to 224, but as of today...I'm back at 207. Hopefully, I will never see that number ever again. I haven't posted pics before, so I hope these work.
You look amazing!! Keep up the great work you - and everyone!!0 -

Great Job everyone! Can't wait to post my before and afters!0

I'm 5'1" and I started at over 170 lbs and ended at 109 lbs. 109 was a little low for me to stay (10% body fat) so I'm up to 120 lbs now and still under 12% body fat and have been maintaining for over a year now (I'm almost 52 yrs old).

I'm just itching to post before and afters but I think I'm jumping the gun a little on that one -- I'm only one week and five pounds into this thing.
I'm Jill, 5'0", 27 years old! My happiest, healthiest version of me at this height was 110 lbs, but I was younger then (19ish). I've been as low as 95 lbs (not good!!). I gained slowly and steadily through the years until I was so unhappy with my reflection that it started to affect all areas of my life (135 lbs - even for someone my height I have a small frame, so this weight had nowhere to go). I got serious about getting in shape and changing my eating, only to find out I was expecting my first child. I did the gym for a while when pregnant, but began feeling awkward, so I gave up on that.
Fast forward to 5 months ago, I had my beautiful daughter and post-delivery I was 164 lbs when I finally worked up the courage to stand on the scale. I started trying to get the weight off myself, going back to the gym one month after the birth and trying to change my eating. It wasn't working for me -- 4 months later, I was still 162 lbs. So, that's my starting weight for myfitnesspal. One week into tracking and I'm down to 156.8! That's 5 lbs! I guess I had more of a problem with portion control and mindless eating than I would care to admit.
ANYWAY, I am encouraged by these photos! I will join your ranks soon! I could use some other short-person friends for encouragement, so any readers, please add me .0 -
I posted on here before. Didn't have before and after pics but I finally have one. See my profile photo. Still not sure how to post photos on messages.
My stats: 30 years old
