I looked at your last 3 days and you ate between 700-900 approx. You think this is ok? Your profile says you want to be healthy but you are doing the opposite here. You will still loose weight if you eat quite a few hundred more calories per day.0
-
Your choices are healthy.
But your calories count is too low. Why aren't you eating more of your calories?0 -
Most dieticians say eat a min of 1200 calories. Unless you are super short. IMO you are eating too little. Maye you should consider checking with a dietician about your goals and food, and see what they suggest.0
-
You need to eat more!! That is way too low, and not sustainable. You could also use some more proteins and healthy fats.0
-
You ate less than 1000 calories. For lunch you ate like one piece of bread and tomato slices. I would increase the breakfast and lunch and add one more snack in the day. That would bump you up to your 1600 rec calories. If you are a small girl and dont get too hungry add calorie densed foods..... like nuts and avocado etc.... Do you want to be skiny and scrawny or strong and healthy? Good Luck0

Sorry sweetie you don't eat enough
See a nutritionist or speak to your doctor perhaps because if you think this is even remotely healthy you are very misinformed!0 -
Holy moly you must be hungry!?!?!?!?
Honey bump up those calories a hell of a lot, you do not look overweight at all, if you want to loose weight go on 1200 MINIMUM if you want to maintain your current weight and tone etc go up to 1600.
You are messing up your metabolism.
Your food choices look good though just eat MORE.0 -
ugh guys please dont lecture me on too few calories. i have made a post about this but it got deleted i think. i have seen my doctor, he said i was underweight, i'm getting the help and i have started making regular appointments with him.
ok?
i would just like to know if my choices are healthy. please nothing about the number of cals..0 -
I would try to get in more protein. Meat is obviously a good source of protein, but you can also get it from eggs, cheese, protein shakes, milk, etc. I find what helps me is to make breakfast the biggest meal of the day! Good job getting your frits in though!0
-
oh and i frogot to mention my fav source of protein... peanut butter! I eat it with my apples... yum!!0
-
your choices are definitely healthy, it is good you are getting help, good luck
everyone is just speaking out of concern rather than just wanting to lecture you.0 -
i'm allergic to dairy eggs and nuts! :P0
-
Disregarding the actual number of cals, your choices are pretty healthy. I would maybe try for more protein with each meal.0
-
i'm allergic to dairy eggs and nuts! :P
Oh dear.. that makes it hard! Hmm... well I would try protein shakes! It is an easy wat to get protein and fiber w/o adding a lot of calories! I0 -

Sorry, you asked for opinions on how you did & you got them.
I'm glad you're getting help. I know it must be a lot of work. Make small goals to increase0 -
thanks everyone and youre all lovely for being concerned.0

what you have eaten looks awesome! but you arent eating enough calories! you need to have up to 1200 a day so your body doesnt go into starvation mode, thus making it harder to lose weight. your body is going to want to store the fat instead of get rid of it. if you feel like you cant eat anymore because you are so full, but need to add more calories have something like peanut butter, nuts, or avacado! those will help boost up your calories so you are getting the nutrition that your body needs.0
-
sorry, just noticed your post about not wanting to hear about too few calories! YES what you have eaten looks very healthy!0
-
ahh and your allergic to nuts bummer!0
-
Not getting enough calories means you're not getting enough nutrition which means your choices really aren't all that healthy. You need to add some sources of fat & protein. Chicken, black beans, hummus, chickpeas, avacados etc
I'm currently being forced into a maintenance plan by my doctor/parents/therapist.
Sorry if I appeared harsh before it's just that I can't praise you for eating too few calories/not getting the nutrition you need because it's so unhealthy0 -
hey there
good of you to open up your diary for opinions good that you're now working with your doctor!
I think you eat pretty healthy food, just eat more of it! As for protein, maybe you could also try quinoa? It's a seed I think, not a nut so you should be ok!0 -
You're nearly there, and it's good you're getting help from your doctor.
Your choices aren't bad at all - I'd echo what others have said and add in more protein - maybe a slice of cheese with your tomato sandwich, or some humous with something to dip into it for a snack.0 -
Well, it's an improvement from last month where you averaged around 400 calories per day.0

yeah that was a really bad time for me would rather not look back there aha0 -
Hi yeh I agree you are not eating enough, A wee sugestion that I find helps when iv not ate enough calories. Have some nuts or seads for a snack, they are healthy and good for you and up's ur cals.
Hope this helps xxxx0 -
i'm allergic to dairy eggs and nuts! :P
OK I totally understand the allergys as i am dairy and gluten intollerant........but you can get cheeses and other dairy products that arnt cows milk ie dairy..have you tried Bufflalo mozzerella or any goat or sheep products this will increase you fats. Protein sources can be fish ie tuna, salami, ham etc these are high in protein and will increase you calorific content without going mad....
You ask if you diary is healthy ...healthy would be getting your intake up to 1200 calories so increase what you actually do eat instead of one cup make it 20 -
You need to eat more.0

You asked us to look at your diary and tell you what we think of it. That's what I think. You don't eat enough.0 -
HOW ABOUT TODAY GUYS i'm feeling pretty proud of today actually!!
except I alwaysss feel like I just overeat at dinner... then I feel bad.. but oh well!
and I felt like I didn't get enough veggies thats why I drank the V8 haha.
so what do you think about today?!0 -
It looks really good but maybe add some protein to your lunch like some canned fish, turkey/chicken or eggs.
I would hope soon you'd up your calories even more if you can. You'll still loose weight on a couple of hundred more calories I'll bet. I know it's hard for you right now but yes today is very good. Drinking lots of water too I hope. I didn't look at that.0
