    Only ate one serving of chocolate covered pretzels instead of half the bag like I would have a year ago. :) it's amazing how natural self control and moderation become once you put your mind to it.

    went to pick up my daughters friend for a sleepover and her 16 yr old brother said "man, your friends mom is hot!" lol. not bad for a 36 yr old, i guess :drinker:

    I've been doing "girlie" pushups because I couldn't do a regular pushup... tonight I thought I'd try a regular pushup and I did 5!! So excited! :happy:

    Smaller pants I bought a month ago to wear to my Uncle's 1st memorial were baggy and loose when I wore them today to his 2nd and final memorial. I know sad situation, but I was feeling fantastic. I haven't lost much weight in the past month, but exercise has obviously tightened things up.

    I gave the hot waiter I've been ogling for 3 months my phone number. I know it's a small thing but took a LOT of pep talking on my part. Best part? He texted me :)

    So i've had pretty high calories days lately, and tonight even after eating pretty bad all day, I resisted buying my favorite Starbucks Mocha chip ice cream! I feel its kinda big, since lately I've been letting myself have whole days of bad eating, so today for once, i said no more! No more anything for the rest of the night. That's my small NSV!

    The belt i got for work that barely fit me, 23 lbs later (not sure about inches) , now will need a new hole put in it or a new belt :)

    Nicely done, 5Kers! I can't wait till i'm down to 30 min. Today I got my time down to 45 minutes today off of 50 a week ago. Also, as of today down 5 lbs from one month ago. Woop woop.

    Tomorrow my husband and I will celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. Today, for the first time in 20+ years I can fit into a coat we bought on our honeymoon in Paris. I almost cried................
