I have become a fan of sugar-free Popsicles (15 cals each) and sugar-free fudgesicles (40 cals each), bothe the Popsicle brand. I really feel lik I am having a treat when I eat them. Rarely a day goes by that I don't have a couple Popsicles ( funny, because before I cut out sugar, I was never a Popsicle fan;)

PowerCrunch bars are amazing and really satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. One of the better tasting protein bars out there

I think some people look at having a sweet tooth as being part of their personality, genetics or identity. If we have a sweet tooth I think it is only by choice and habit. Don't think of having a "sweet tooth" as some permanent condition (unless you just want it to be- which is OK if that is what you want) such as being right handed. It is simply a craving that stems from diet habits and can be eliminated if desired.

I would say just limit your sweets. After dinner, eat a fun size candy bar or something if it's what you really want. As long as you have the calories for them, a few sweets aren't a bad thing.
