Run every morning , a minimum of 30 mins. Do leg lifts to get that nice stomach!
DRINK WATER - WATER - WATER!!!!!! And simply watch what you eat and how you eat it!
There are also certain supplements you can try for fat loss! Im on Super HD right now and loving it!
