    Nice work. The people who have the greatest success at fat loss not only properly educate themselves on how the human body works related to nutrition and exercise but also take ownership of their intervention. As you said it yourself, despite being only 4 lbs from your goal, you are still holding yourself just as accountable as day one. Keep in place all those self-monitoring techniques once you hit your goal and you'll maintain a desirable body composition your entire life.

    Wow...I have to say thank you to everybody for their compliments and kind words. I'm absolutely amazed at the responses I've received from this post.

    I am so happy that "little 'ole me" has become an inspiration to others. It wasn't too long ago that I was relying on this same message board for inspiration!

    I know it is not always going to be easy - we all have our bad days / weekends - but if you dedicate yourself and work hard at it you CAN and WILL succeed!!

    Even though I am close to my goal weight; I still log in every day and track my foods / exercises (and plan on continuing even after my goal is reached). I consider this a lifestyle change rather than a successful "diet". So...if anybody out there is looking for encouragement and motivation, please feel free to add me!

    Thank you all, again - and remember - NOTHING is impossible if you want it bad enough and work for it! :flowerforyou: :heart:
