    Eat some raw veg...salad greens (3 cups) have about 10 calories, add some tomato, bell pepper, cucumber - very filling and your're looking at maybe 50 calories (calories in salad come from dressing not the veg).

    HA, this made me laugh. Funny but true!

    Pizza is my kryptonite. I will destroy a pizza buffet. Oh, how I miss pizza buffets! I have to make my own at home with the really thin wheat crusts and my own toppings. Turkey pepperoni is surprisingly good!

    I'd do what everyone else is suggesting. Push play on an exercise DVD, go for a walk or jog, burn some lunch calories off before dinner.

    Or, just eat at maintenance, call it a day and start fresh tomorrow.

    I did it! Burned 299 calories according to my HRM doing a gold gym DVD. PROUD OF MYSELF FOR DOING IT. Yeah! Going to chug some water.... Take a shower, wake the kids, and enjoy my salmon and salad.
