I got you covered...
Just go buy some lighter clothes. Or just don't wear any underwear, that should help out a few pounds on the scale0 -

a couple of pounds will not make much of a difference in how you look unless you're lopping off a leg.
just take a sexy piece of of lingerie and your bf wont give a crap if you've lost or gained a few pounds0 -

I think he'd notice if I was missing a limb . . .0 -
If he's the sort of guy that would break up with you over 2 lbs, I'd be dumping myself.0

Well, I don't know how long you've been trying to get to your goal weight, but if you've been at it for a while, you'd know that some weeks (despite serious effort!) the scale is stubborn and then other weeks while doing the same thing, it'll magically go down. Rome wasn't built in a day, slow and steady wins the race.
As for time to work out, I woke up at 4:20 this morning so I could work out. Just because you're baking cookies or going out with friends doesn't mean you don't have time to work out - all that means is that you're putting other priorities in front of working out.
Generally, though - sounds like you should have a GREAT trip coming up. Be happy that you're seeing him and try not to focus on the stuff that is bringing you down. Confidence is very attractive.0 -

uhh, if he breaks up with you this weekend over your weight...then he's not worth it anyways.
Just saying.0 -
This might seem cold, but it's the truth.
1--You cannot safely lose 2 pounds in 2 days.
2--If your boyfriend breaks up with over your weight, then you deserve much better. And, really, what difference is 2 pounds supposed to make with this?
3--You said you stay under your calorie goal MOST days. If you're serious about losing weight, it can't just be a couple days a week. You need to stay under. If you must go over, stay at or below maintenance. If you're eliminating your deficit most days by going over on your calories, you're not going to lose weight.
4--Why are you baking cookies and taking them with you? This is more temptation than is worth the trouble.
This is really the more important one:
5--You are more than the number on your scale. If you love your body and take care of it, you'll be happier and more confident no matter what that number says.0 -
Weight on the scale is subjective. It's all about how you look and feel. Best indicator of weight loss is when you clothes are getting too big.0

I'm sure when your bf sees you he's going to be thinking "man this chick is 2lbs too fat, I gotta dump that quick"0

I'm going to see my boyfriend this weekend for the first time in what seems like NEVER and I want to look my best. I've been killing myself at the gym this week and staying under my calorie goal most days but the weight isn't coming off. I don't understand why this is so difficult. My scale just WON'T MOVE. I thought I had given myself enough time to get down to my goal weight before this trip but nothing is working. I'm feeling like such a fat cow and if he breaks up with me this weekend I WILL JUST DIE!
And to top it all off, I don't have time to go to the gym the rest of the week. I'm baking cookies tonight to take with me on the plane and then I have to pack my bag tomorrow night before I go out drinking with some friends.
Help me. What can I do? I want to lose a couple pounds by the time I go to the airport on Friday.
Wow.. how old are you? First of all, if your boyfriend breaks up with you.. he's an *kitten*. Second- alcohol will cause you to hold body fat. U wanna lose faster- stop drinking it. Cookies on the plane? Probably not necessary. No time to go to the gym? Work out at home.
My guess is you are not losing weight because you are miss logging, probably not working as hard as you say you are, and eating to much junk.0 -
how much are you actually exercising and how much are you consuming in cal/fat each day? maybe you are not exercising enough for your food intake. Try bumping up your exercise routine and add more intervals of running then walking (run hard for 200 meters, walk at 3.5mph for 200 miles - repeat about four to six times). Do that on top of your usual work out. maybe that'll help burn fat/calories.0

You can't be serious if the relationship ends because of weight that isn't a good one.... Weight loss takes time shoot I'ld like to lose 10kilos in 2 weeks but short of losing an arm it isn't going to happen. Sometimes even if the Scales haven't moved people notice a complete difference in you you maybe happier or more energetic or.... the list goes on.
Good luck0 -

Oh, I get it! This is a joke thread!0 -
First, I would suggest that any guy that would break up with you for not losing your quota of weight for the week is the fat cow (between the ears) not YOU! Second, you might take a pass on the "drinking with friends". Alcohol is loaded with calories and the foods you normally eat with drinks is full of salt and will make you retain lots of fluid. And third, you are beautiful and have already lost a lot of weight...CONGRATS!! Geez...what's the matter with young women!!!0

Have you tried the dry water diet?
No! tell me more please.
OMG it is the easiest diet ever.
Costs practically nothing. No wasted time on food prep and you can do it anywhere. Basically its dried water. After three months you will lose so much weight. If you go further than three months, I have to warn you, you may die. But it is so worth it because you will be so skinny and not have a plus sized casket. I make my own and will be willing to sell it to you in for a small fee.
btw. YOU CAN EAT ALL THE BACON YOU WANT!0 -
How many calories are you eating? You might be starving your body and it's not able to lose anymore weight.0
