I weigh less than I did on any diet pill, have more muscle, have a better understanding of diet and exercise... I'm not dependent on a diet pill, so.... Did Hoodia work? It suppressed my appetite... did it help me get to the root of my aesthetic problems? no.

When I added alli, it did exactly what it claims: for every two pounds I lost with diet and exercise, I lost another using alli. MFP calculated the calories I need to lose 2 lbs/week. Using alli, I lost 3. Working for me without the side effects but I am eating a relatively low-fat diet.
  • Yes, I tried them a couple of years ago and had a really bad experience. They gave me severe abdominal pain for some reason. Fortunately, I have finally found some awesome, all-natural supplements and other products that actually work! I am so thankful!
