    Thur: 45 minutes on the elliptical machine (564 calories) + 20 minutes of Wii - Just Dance 3 (151 calories) = 715 calories

    Just one cuestion, How do you all know the exact amount of calories, you burned?

    I don't know about the others, but I wear a heart rate monitor. I found that the machines at the gym were generally off (by a lot) and MFP always gave me more than I deserved, so wearing the HRM keeps me honest (and accurate!)

    I did it! I am stoked to try to make it two weeks at 3500. If I can, I will try to increase my goal the following week.
