What's your favourite breakfast food?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day-so what's your favourite thing to start off your day with?

I enjoy a veggie omelette with guacamole on the side...

    Oatmeal with flaxseed, with a variety of additions, including various dried fruits, and more recently, occasionally half a tablespoon of peanut butter.

    My usual breakfast is 1 slice of whole wheat toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter. I take my breakfast and snacks to work, so it travels well (and I don't mind eating cold toast)

    I always follow my breakfast (about a half hour later) with a coffee, and that keeps me full until lunch

    Nonfat light yogurt, or Greek yogurt....especially with some ground up flax seed in it! Delicious!!!

    I usually have oatmeal with a tablespoon of peanut butter with a banana and an apple or pear. And I like to have coffee to drink with it too.

    I like a poached egg on toast, with a little butter on top, and a giant cappuccino (1 cup 2% milk).

    If I could, I'd stuff my face with bacon LOL.
    But I can't so....an omelet with some salsa or a juice blend of some sort haha.

    Oatmeal (water) with a banana (mashed) & raisins! :heart:

    I eat egg whites on toast 4 days a week though, oatmeal is three :smile:

    Omelette
    Oatmeal (steel cut oats, preferably)
    English muffins with eggs, canadian bacon, and cheese
    Bagel thins with cream cheese or peanut butter
    Greek Yogurt with Fruit

    I can't really pick a favorite, honestly.

    Lets see, pancakes, french toast, eggs benny, pan scramblers, bacon...of course bacon, toast and grape jelly, or eggs with toast to dip in, oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar. cream of wheat...soem cold cereals-i like the crunchy ones, granola, yogurt...i love almost any kind of breakfast foods. Although i have to admit, im not much on the big veggies in this meal. whatever in and omlett, chopped small.

    Oh, and btw...this is not all at one sitting,lol. I just love a variety.

    as much as it is embarassing....2 hard boiled eggs with the yolk scooped out and repaced with a drop or two of worcestershire sauce...sigh..I need a life

    My go to breakfast meal is:

    2 Hard Boiled Eggs(organic cage free if possible)
    1 Cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal
    1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

    I eat that almost every day. Doesn't seem to get old for some reason.

    My favourite breakfast food is bacon! I rarely eat bacon though. What I usually eat for breakfast is 3 scrambled egg whites, I throw in another whole egg if I'm feeling indulgent, on top of about a cup of baby spinach, a banana, 20 oz of water, and a pumpkin spice latte.

    3/4 cup of non-fat greek yogurt with 1.5 tablespoons of low sugar orange marmalade mixed in. Black coffee, too.
  • A cup of non fat greek yogurt with blueberries, raspberries, and slivered almonds - on workout mornings I add a slice of toasted squirrlley bread with almond butter which I eat in the car on my way to the gym. Never get tired of this breakfast!

    My favorite breakfast food is bacon... but, I don't usually start off with that. I might have that once every couple of weeks. I usually start off with 1 egg, fruit (or veggie), and a glass of milk.

    A couple of poached eggs, a slice of toast, and a couple of spoons of baked beans. And coffee (with milk). Sometimes I have scrambled egg instead, and sometimes a rasher of bacon.

    When I have to be at work, I love my smoothies but when I have the time I do an english muffin with a bit of cheese, avocado, fried eggs and hot sauce. Mmmmmmmm.

  • I love bacon for breakfast, and breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, but rarely have much through the week when I am working. Usually just a fiber one bar through the week, but on weekends, I will have a 2 egg omelot with lots of veggies, some cheese, and sometimes bacon on the side, and low cal toast. I also love home made pork sausage and gravy and biscuits. LOL Still have these foods, but try to keep it real and stay under goals when I do.
