What to do about the HOLIDAYS?!?!?! Help!

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve are Protein and Carb load days!
Turkey is loaded with protein
Beer has lots of Carbs. (at least my brand does)
All the Side Items & Pie are just delivery systems for the good stuff LOL
I'll run/lift it off the day after.0 -
I plan on running at least 6 miles Thanksgiving Morning....and then still consume 3000 calories. I'm just screwed over Christmas and New Years because I'll be on vacation with my family and my boyfriend. Oh well :drinker:0

3000 calories? That's it?
If I don't eat twice that amount, I failed Thanksgiving.

The thing is if you have been cutting for a while then youll be fine eating a 3k meal.

Well Normally I'm with you... Holidays and birthdays are special... you can cheat on that day, but right back to it the next day... This year I still plan on enjoying my holidays but since I'm taking a trip in Dec. and a trip in Jan, and I life in constant fear of the plus sized passenger policies on airplanes, I'm limiting myself to just the main meal of cheating, and just one plate.0

if i was your age i would eat 3000 calories during the holidays too and not a single f$%k would be given... but since i am not your age i plan on taking everything in moderation and will be in the gym for my normal 2 hour workout the day after thanksgiving and Christmas and new years...
