Mash it up with some avocado and spread it on toast topped with a bit of salt and pepper. I eat it with a garden salad, so yummy!0

Lightly tossed into the bin. Yucky0

Sometimes just out of the tin with a fork. Usually I'll make some cous-cous, throw a tin of tuna on, and maybe a dollop of pesto. Balanced lunch with a prep time of 30 seconds.0

Mixed with low fat greek yoghurt instead of mayo, in a pitta or flatbread with spinach leaves. Light lunch of approx 250 calories.0

Tuna and a can of peas... or tuna just right out the can! Try to get Bumblebee Tuna in water... as in water it makes it moist and easy to eat rather than other cans that usually has the tuna that seems "dried out". Though... I've been trying to get away from canned veggies... too much sodium0

In a tortilla wrap with strips of bell pepper and cucumber, with just a tiny bit of mayonnaise.0

I hate Mayo so I usually eat it plain. Albacore only.0

Has anyone tried that Clover Leaf spicy Thai tuna?
I just eat that stuff straight out of the can!
Otherwise I'll make open faced tuna melts, throw it in a spinach tortilla with romaine hearts and a dab of olive oil mayonnaise, or use in a casserole (noodles, frozen peas & carrots, cream of mushroom or chicken soup, bread crumbs and cheese)
Here's a tonne of ideas:

I'll make a tuna patty out of it usually
1 4oz can tuna drained
1/8 cup steel cut oats - I then grind them in my magic bullet blender
1 egg or even just the egg white is fine
1/2 TBS mayo (I prefer the kind w/olive oil)
1/4 cup beans (garbanzo, pinto, black - whatever) - ground up in magic bullet too so they're a paste
Mix all together with some seasoning
Burner set on med. and cook bottom till you can flip it and repeat (just like making pancakes really)0 -
With lots of Miracle Whip and then eat it with crackers....YUMMMY YUM YUM!

MMMM...I love tuna! I like to mix it with a couple spoonfuls of cottage cheese for even more protein. Tastes just as good as using mayo, IMO, and much better for you.0

This is going to sound weird, but everybody I've ever made it for has LOVED it and preferred it over eating tuna with mayo.
Use some Tzatziki (it's also lower calorie than mayo with WAY more flavor) and mix in a tablespoon or however much you want. Chop up some celery and mix it in. I usually eat that as a sandwich or I'll put it in a flat out wrap or lettuce wrap.
It's SO good. I'm never going back to mayo again. Tzatziki seems to be sold just about everywhere in little tubs near the cheese section, if you're not used to buying it.0 -
I sautee some onions and garlic in a little bit of olive oil until soft, that add some cherry tomatoes that I cut in half and add the tuna, literally heat it from then add some black pepper and serve with rice. Really simply, but very tasty! x0

If I want it fancy I'll put lil mayo, lil spicy mustard and half an avocado, pickle relish or pickle, lil onion, boiled egg, walnut or pecans and yum.
Mostly, just lil mayo & mustard & relish.0
