MMMM...I love tuna! I like to mix it with a couple spoonfuls of cottage cheese for even more protein. Tastes just as good as using mayo, IMO, and much better for you.

This is going to sound weird, but everybody I've ever made it for has LOVED it and preferred it over eating tuna with mayo.

Use some Tzatziki (it's also lower calorie than mayo with WAY more flavor) and mix in a tablespoon or however much you want. Chop up some celery and mix it in. I usually eat that as a sandwich or I'll put it in a flat out wrap or lettuce wrap.

It's SO good. I'm never going back to mayo again. Tzatziki seems to be sold just about everywhere in little tubs near the cheese section, if you're not used to buying it.

I sautee some onions and garlic in a little bit of olive oil until soft, that add some cherry tomatoes that I cut in half and add the tuna, literally heat it from then add some black pepper and serve with rice. Really simply, but very tasty! x

If I want it fancy I'll put lil mayo, lil spicy mustard and half an avocado, pickle relish or pickle, lil onion, boiled egg, walnut or pecans and yum.

Mostly, just lil mayo & mustard & relish.

I prefer it out the tin, and just mixed with sweecorn! Im not a big fan when people add dollops of mayo in the tuna! Sometimes its all sloppy and horrible! Prefer it without the mayo if im honest :), a tea spoon of salad cream mixed in with the tuna is quite nice ! (:

Partially drained with celery salt, garlic powder, mustard and some chopped onions. Boom! No need for mayo since i kept some moisture by not draining all the water. Sometimes if I'm feeling extra daring, i'll add red pepper flakes to it.

If we're talking canned tuna I usually mix mine up with a couple tablespoons of spicy hummus.

Yummmm, I've never thought of spicy hummus before, that sounds awesome!

Straight out of the can. It's my "default meal" if the wife or I haven't prepared anything else or don't have any dining out plans.

A can of tuna in water, drained, mixed with a Tablespoon of Greek Viniagrette dressing. Good over romaine as a salad, or in sandwich wrap of your choice - pita, tortilla, bread, or even on crackers!
  • Not smelling like tuna.
