Melt cheese all over something. Anything. Could be meat, could be vegetables, could be vulcanized rubber, and I'll happily eat it.

    I have a few.

    1) Ice Cream/Milkshakes
    2) chocolate (Milk and White)
    3) Brownies
    4) Butter cake with chocolate icing
    5) Rice (this should be #1, but I digress)
    6) Pizza
    7) Fried Chicken

So as you can see, I have a serious problem with food. It's to the the point where I have to go cold turkey. I can't even have a piece without OD'ing.

If it fits your macros, nothing should be a guilty pleasure.

    What is macros?

    What is macros?

Macros = macronutrients, the 3 nutrients used to calculate the overall calorie amount in a food item. It's protein, carbs, and fats. Theoretically you can eat whatever you want as long as it doesn't put you over in any of these one numbers.

...Theoretically. Personally I don't buy that, and someone who can squeeze a couple slices of pizza into their day everyday without going over won't be as well off as someone who sticks to meats and fresh produce and whole grains.

Good Red Wine! And when I have that it is usually at a party with all the high fat dips and bread, cheese and crackers! Good thing that it only happens once in a while. :drinker:

    Pie! for sure!

    Fizzy drinks, sweets, chocolate >.<

I drink Pepsi Max instead of 'diet pepsi' - I know it isn't any good for you but at 2 calories per 250ml.... :)
