    I have been searching for this. Someone said it would be with the vegetables. I found regular squash, but I assume spaghetti squash is already pre cut into something that looks like spaghetti right?



    No Spaghetti squash is yellow, hard and is about the size of a football. I find it with the other squashes. butternut, acorn.

    I made some spaghetti for dinner tonight!

    i microwaved the squash, first i cut it the wrong way, and didn't nuke it long enough, but i figured it out in the end.

    i just used a generic can of "blue label" or whatever generic low sodium sauce, with a bag of frozen veggies for the sauce.

    mmmmmmmmmmm
