I've decided to not add my tally daily. I'll still be sticking to staying under 30% for fat but I've been realizing that I really only need to be accountable to myself. Plus anything I can scratch off my "to do" list is an extra minute in my pocket!

I want to get my body fat under 20 percent, so I figure it doesn't make sense to add a bunch to my diet. A wise friend of mine always said, "You can either burn the butter off your bread or off your butt." I choose butt!0
