I have a 2lb- 2.5lb deficit but generally lose 1lb a week0

No idea. I guess I could average it out, but where I lift so much my weight loss tends to be non-existent to bursty. For example, I have been at the same weight for about 3 weeks now, but I know my body composition is changing. I have only been logging for 75 days so the initial weight loss would screw up trying to figure an average anyway.0

Varies greatly for me, but when I average it out, its 1/2 lb a week.....very slowly!0

Consistently 1...but I'm always striving for more "bonus" weeks of 2-3.0

I have only been on MFP for 19 weeks, and my average is 2.3 pounds per week. However, the last few weeks it has slowed down to about a pound per week. I try to keep my deficit smallish because I am focusing on strength training, so I upped my calories to able able to include more protein.0

some weeks could be 1 whole pound other weeks a fraction of a pound. must admit that when its like.2 loss im quite discourageed, but hey something is something!0

It varies but on average I would have to say about 1.5lbs.0

This was all done with cardio only - next 52 weeks will have cardio and lifting.0 -
1lb a week if that! infact its been going back up again the last week, even though my measurements are down so i try not to pay to much attention to the scales I know im getting smaller and more toned0

I lose on average 1 lb a week.
It seems so much slower than that, and I wish it were faster a lot of the time, but I know that at this rate, it's coming off for good and I'm not starving myself.
I have lost 45 lbs and probably have another 70+ to go.0 -

I've been on MFP for four months and have lost 20 pounds, so average a pound/week. Some weeks though I didn't really loose other weeks lost 2-4lbs.0

I've been losing 3-5. Today was my 85th day of logging in and I've lost 57 pounds so far. Of course, I also run 30-60 minutes, 5 days a week.0
