    None really. I tend to lose inches more because I strength train. I've been at the same weight for almost a month now and I feel great.

    I've been losing since March 30th, 2012 and so far have lost 115 lbs, or about 3.8 lbs per week on average.

    At this point, having just come off a serious 2 week holiday bingefest w/ no exercise...the weight will fly off me in the first few weeks back on my regularly scheduled programme.

    I'd say 1.5-3lbs depending on my water intake. I do one day a week of a protein shake fast, just to get things balanced up; it works for me.

    I'd like to lose 15lbs by NYE... very unlikely unless I go at my bingo wings w/ a blunt knife. That's 7 wks so in theory it should be possible but the weight slows down considerably the closer I get to my goal clothing size.

    I used to lose 2-3 lbs a week but after almost two years of MFP my weight loss has slowly reduced to around 2-3 lbs in a MONTH.

    I have lost 8.2 pounds in a little under 3 weeks. But alot of that is water weight and cleansing out my colon I'm assuming. So I am sure it will slow way down! Just happy to see progress!

    Last week was a weird one for me. I only lost 0.8 pounds and I've lost that much in the past 2 days. So discounting last week I've ranged between 1.6 and 2.6 pounds.

    I've been at this for 30 days and have lost 8 lbs, so about 2 lbs a week. But I'm only trying to lose 1 a week, the rest is just bonus :smile:

    averaging .75 to 1lb a week. trying to lose less than 15lbs so my loss is set a 1/2 a week.

    works for me! i can eat more, i love that.

    It varies....and I only weigh myself once a month..so it could be anywhere between 1 - 2 1/2 lbs. a week

    i lost one pound a week til i hit my goal on average (i have a spreadsheet and the average was 1.33). 500 calorie deficit a day = 3500 calorie deficit a week = 1pound a week lost

    around 4lbs a week but i workout like crazy and have a lot to lose
