    I used to have the My sport is your sport's punishment as a sig tag, but I kept having to explain it to people.

    This IS my pace.

    Hehe..I managed to bag a T shirt from one of the Kenya track & field team at the olympics that says " Kenya Track and Field" and every single runner moves out of the way when I wear this...but let's just keep it a secret amongst us that I can barely run a 10 minute mile :-)

    I run (okay, okay - you can call it a jog or a jiggle!) fairly slowly - about a 11-12 minute mile.
    In one 5K race, a REALLY (really!) fast walker passed me, and the BACK of his shirt said
    "Why run when you can walk really fast?"

    Don;t know what it would look like on a t-shirt, but hey, it keeps me running ;)
