Yes, as awesome as I am and as incredible that my tan is.................. I have my nightly vices......:devil:
I have a smoke or 2 every night! and like 3 glasses of wine........And no im not trying to eliminate this BUT rather cut back.
Its my reward after working out, showering and dinner....:bigsmile:
Anyone else trying to cut back on some of these??

Recently quit smoking for the umpteenth time. I'd like to quit cracking my knuckles, neck and back so I don't need a wheelchair in another 20 years.0

Already cut back on drinking and a little on smoking. Planning to eventually quit smoking........I'm not entirely comitted to quitting just yet.0

I quit smoking on Tuesday. It sucks. Im also trying to replace my habits of getting frustrated walking in crowded sidewalks with the habit of complimenting women on their way to work as far as shoes and fashion go. Youd be surprised at how much a smile and ROCKIN BOOTS! can amp up your morning to a good place0

Smoking. I need to quit and because I'm doing INSANITY I think it will help me. I don't smoke as much as I use to now but it's still habit to smoke when I'm bored or driving long distances. Damn smoking. Easy to start but hard to quit.0

Not currently. I'm still on a break from my last attempt to quit smoking. That's my only vice, so it's hard to let it go. I don't want to be perfect, after all. :laugh:

Welllll, today I haven't had a cigarette.... And I haven't strangled anyone yet!! Got that "Blu" electronic cigarette... And some nicorette lozenges.... And so far so good.
The other habit is, going to work M-F... Gotta kick that bad habit too.
Uggggh, Waaaaah... :sad:
Kicked the barfing habit almost 2 years ago.. Just kicking that one alone, I'm really proud of that. :happy:0 -
