Seriously! DIET & Exercise, the end.0

I was just googling for a .gif of someone banging their head on a wall and/or keyboard to post in this thread but I couldn't find one.
Don't take diet pills. They don't work. Burn more calories than you consume and you will lose weight. Eat healthy and exercise. Plan your day in advance.0 -
I had good luck with Lipodrene. It completely takes the hunger away and gives you an energy boost. I saw good scale movement each day too. However, results slowed after about 2 weeks. So now I'm going to just take it every once in awhile. I KNOW diet pills are not great for you, but think you can use them sparingly to give yourself a boost.0

Nope, you can't. Complete waste of money.0 -
Alot of them are fiber pills, water pills, or caffeine pills... So, fiber, eat a fiber one bar, water pill? Take a diurex, caffeine? Drink a monster.. Problem solved0

First thing is first, the only diet pill I consider "safer" is a green tea extract (but you have to watch out because a lot of them have a very high caffeine content).
However, besides being a pharmacist, I grew up with a mom who was on and off all sort of crazy diets and diet pills. The final kicker was taking phen fen, she lost a ton of weight and also lost her gallbladder and now can't process fat. She eats a more balanced diet than I have ever seen but has medical problems that make it more difficult to lose weight.
Seriously, don't do it! It is not worth it! Just work your butt off, eat well, and you will get results!0 -
oxy elite and fastin both have dmaa... which your body "processes" like amphetamines.
they are coming out with dmaa-free formulas since the fda is trying to ban it.0 -
I tried taking Garcinia Cambogia for awhile and it seemed to work pretty well. There's different varieties and such so the price can vary, but the stuff I used was only $15. It depends how often you take them obviously but one bottle lasted me a few weeks.0
