In my new profile pic, this morning, all the clothes are a smaller size and I can actually see a difference when I look in the mirror now. Plus people are starting to notice. That helps alot!!!!!0

Today I weighed the lowest I've been in like 3 years!! Losing 3 more pounds will put me at my first target goal and I'm so excited about it!!0

I was visiting friends last night. Haven't seen them in quite a few months. Their adorable little 6 year old said 'you're getting so skinny!', then proceeded to move her hands in a complete ball/round shape and said 'you're not like this any more'!!!
Bwahaha!!!! Love kids honesty. :ohwell:0 -
I did a workout. Seems so small but I had a back injury 2 weeks ago and normally use any excuse I can to stop working out and eating healthy. Actually, eating healthy and exercising always last about 6 weeks for me and I'm closing in on 3 months. I stayed within my calories the whole time and got back to exercising as soon as my doctor said I could. I'm proud of myself0

Today I got into my (skinny) scrub top!0

Working on running a 5K, its on my bucket list and I have started and stopped so many times. This time I am following a C25K on my phone a few things have come up today that could have derailed my run today. but I decided to get up an hour early to get the run in. I was at the park by 7:00 and pushing my fat old self through W4D3 and I tripped over a tree root and fell. I got up ignored my knee screaming at me brushed myself off and kept running!!!!! A fall like that would have sent me home feeling sorry for myself in the past but not today, today I finished my run and it feels great!0

Bought a new blazer in a medium last night. Put it on this morning and fits perfectly over my boobs and waist!!! Yayyyy!!!!0

My size 10's are loose enough that I need a belt. Except every time I went to close the belt, I kept looking for a notch that wasn't there! I need to add a new notch now or the belt is becoming useless!0

I had to adjust my HR monitor strap this morning before my exercise, it felt like it would slip down to my waist...have not had to do that since I bought it, made it about 2" smaller... :happy:0

My hips are under 50 inches.
(Mind you in high school when I was my smallest they were a 42, I'm very hippy pear)
Next NSV goal is waist under 30. At 33 down from 35.0 -
It's 9:00 am, and already 3 people have commented on my weight loss (in very positive ways). Made my morning so much better than it was headed!!0

Yesterday was my anniversary and my hubby told me he'd been looking at old pics of us and he hadn't realised how much thinner I'd gotten0

Fitting into and doing up the zip on a UK size 16 dress, and seeing my legs in black tights for the first time in I don't know how many years and thinking, "yeah, they're doing ok!" it was a brave move, but I'm glad I went outside my comfort zone to try it!0

My chest strap for my HRM keeps falling down & I've got it tightened up all the way...not too sure that that's a victory tho haha it's really annoying!0

On the other hand, I was able to put on my fitted dress uniform from the Marines a few days ago. Last time I could button it up was ~1989 and it was way too tight.
Now, it fits like when I had it tailored at 22 years old.0 -
I was walking really fast into the gym and a man in his mid-sixties stepped out of my way. I smiled apologetically and he laughed and said, "I don't want you to run me over, I've seen you workout!"0
-
My husband wrapped his arms around me and said "you are getting skinny". My husband only says what he means, he truly means what he says. He is brutally honest, always. So that is a great NSV for me. Cause YES, I want to be skinny.0

All my blood work like blood sugars and cholesterol were perfect. (as I used to be a type 2 diabetic this is fantastic) was told I'd reversed the diabetes and my bloods are still great! Whoop whoop x0
