A raw egg and cheese is good in ramen too. Kimchi is a fun addition. Nori/seaweed gives a nice fishy taste. My favorite though would have to be the peanut butter sriracha sauce combo.0

The peanut butter one sounds weird and kind of yummy.
Okay my doctored top ramen. Minus the salt pack.
1.Blanch a brick of ramen noodles in boiling water for about 1-2 minutes just til they are bendy and come apart. Remove from hot water and let them rest.
2. In a wok or frying pan add some oil, garlic, and frozen veggies and toss til tender.
3. Add in the noodles with soy sauce to taste and a drop of sesame oil or seeds to garnish.
4. If you want to add chicken or beef strips, fry them up in the wok during step 2 before adding veggies.
It's my generic version of yaki soba, and its delish.
