Do you think I could just use cocoa powder instead of protein powder? I mean, I know it would no longer be protein bars, but would it still come out OK?
Sure..! The website says not to use more than 50% of the "base" ingredient as cocoa - so I would maybe just do 50/50 cocoa and flour of some kind if you're not looking for protein...0 -
