    Get a little exercise in and you still have room for a snack, but keep it around 120 calories

    I also find that fruit carries a lot of calories...but at the end of the day, nutrition wise, sugars from fruit are far healthier than sugars from chocolate! Get some good exercise in, and you'll be fine! Also, don't worry too much about the calorie count, if it's a little over it's fine. You don't want it too far under your goal either, because that will mess up your metabolism!
